A portable handheld induction sealer useful for sealing pharmaceutical and other plastic bottles with aluminum foil. Works with a maximum power of 1200W and it works on 220V.
The induction sealers have been in use since the early 1960s all around the world, and they have been quite a breakthrough when it comes to sealing plastic, glass and other non-metallic bottles and preserving the stuff inside. This right here is a portable, handheld, microcomputer induction sealer made according to the latest technology. It is widely used in the areas such as pharmaceutical industry, medicine, chemistry, food and beverage, cosmetics, lubricant production, etc. Basically, it can be used whenever a plastic bottle needs to be sealed tight with aluminum foil.
The way it works is that it uses the induction power to pass the electric energy to the aluminum foil inside the cap. Then, the electric energy is instantly converted into thermal energy, which then melts the polymers on the aluminum foil, sealing it tightly (but not too tightly, so that it can be opened) to the bottle.
