Once you exit your browser, they go away. We use session cookies to maintain information we need to have in order for you to shop at joyfay.com. For example, the Session ID cookie that we ask your browser to hold retains the ID for your shopping bag. Without the Session ID cookie, you can't add merchandise to your bag and carry it to Checkout.
Cookies can be used by a Web site to recognize you. But that does not necessarily mean any personal information is stored in the cookies. At joyfay.com, we store no personal information about you in the cookies. Anything you choose to tell us about yourself (such as your address and e-mail address) is stored safely and separately on our secured servers, and you need to provide a password to access it.

If you have questions about your order, you may check your order status online in My Order.
To do that:
1.Click “My Account” at the top of the web page;
2.Enter ID, Password, and click “Submit”;
3.Click “Update Personal Information”; and
4.Edit your personal information and click “Update Personal Information”. Your new preferences will be effective after we have processed your request.
Please allow up to 10 days for us to process your request. If you “opt out” of receiving promotional emails from us, the only e-mails you will receive will be (i) about transactions that you initiate (such as to confirm orders you submit on our Web Site, inform you about your order status, respond to your customer service inquiries and answer any other questions you send us); (ii) about matters affecting your personal information; and (iii) in connection with certain services or promotions for which you have registered, such as our gift registry program.

joyfay.com has put in place various physical, electronic and managerial procedures to try to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. For example, private account and customer information is located on a secured server behind a firewall; it is not directly connected to the Internet. Encryption is a process by which a message or information is scrambled while it is in transit to macys.com. It is based on a key that has two different parts, public and private. The public part of the key is distributed to those with whom you want to communicate. The private part is for the recipient's use only. So long as you use a browser that allows for encryption, when you send personal information to us, you use a public key to encrypt your personal information. If your information is intercepted during the transmission, it is scrambled and very difficult to decrypt. Once we receive your encrypted personal information, we use the private part of our key to decode it.
