- Mascot costumes will be shipped out within 3-7 business days upon clear payment, and another 4-7 business days to arrive for most destinations. Total time will be 7-14 business days. Tracking number will be provided as soon as we ship. If it is a customized or your designed costume, we need 4 more days to process your order.

- All cosplay costumes, including your designed cosplay costumes, are made upon order, no matter you choose our size chart or provide us your own measurements. We will start to process your order right after receiving clear payment. It will take 10-15 business days to tailor your dress and another 4-7 business days for shipping. So please do plan ahead, and allow at least 3 weeks for your order to arrive.Tracking number will be provided as soon as we ship.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will endeavor to offer good shopping experience and hassle-free returns, please contact Customer Serviceto process your returnReturn for most items are accepted (except product over 40kg and biologically contaminated products, see below) within 30 days after buyer receivers the product. Returned product must be in its original condition.

- For customized item, if it is not our mistake, we will not accept return.
- If it is our fault, we will send a prepaid FedEx, USPS or other shipment return label by email within 7 business days after we authorized the return. Buyers can call FedEx, USPS or other shipment to schedule pickup or drop off the package at FedEx or USPS locations. If it is not our fault, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If we can't determine fault, then its buyer responsibility to ship back the item and pay for return shipping. After we receive the item, we will test and inspect it. If it is determined to be our fault (example is defective item, manufacturing flaws, wrong item sent etc.) we will reimburse the return shipping cost and the original payment. If however, we determine buyer's fault, we will not reimburse the return shipping cost and the original payment.
- When applicable, a refund will be issued within 5 business days after we receive the returned product. The refund will be back to buyer’s original payment account.
* Return policy regarding products over 40 kg (88 lbs)
We will test each machine and pack well before shipping. If the machine is broken after the long-distance international transport, we will assist to repair until it works well. We normally do NOT accept returns or exchanges. In case the buyer insist on returning or exchanging, the buyer will be responsible for the freight back and forth. We appreciate your understanding.
* Biological contamination
If a product is determined to have been touching or in direct contact with livestock animals and/or bodily secretions (that may contain virus and/or bacteria) we will not accept a return. Instead we will work closely with customer and based on images and video provided will determine the fault. If we determine our fault, the customer will receive a refund or a replacement. If the fault is determined to be on the customer's side we will refuse a refund (returns are not accepted).
* For Exchange within the warranty period
We offer exchange (except overweight product and non-exchangeable products), or new components for replacement. The customer will be responsible for shipping to us and we will be responsible for shipping to the customer.
* Return policy for electric scooters
We accept returns within 30 days of item delivery (based on the tracking status). Items must be in its original condition.
We do not accept returns after 30 days of receiving the item (based on the tracking status).
For items that are returned without quality problem, we will only refund the item cost minus shipping cost.
